How to sign up for a Housing Online account
To sign up, click on the "Sign up" button on the Housing Online website.
Enter a valid email address and create a password that matches the criteria. Click Next to continue.
You will receive an email with a validation link.
Please note that the validation link will only be valid for an hour. If the link expires you will need to start the registration process again.
Click on the link in the validation email.
To complete registration, provide your details on the Register details page.
Enter your Payment Reference number that can be found on any recent letter from the Housing Department.
Enter your name and date of birth.
Please note that your name should match our records, so it should be exactly as it appears on any recent letter from the Housing Department, including any middle names.
Remember to leave a space between names in the First Names(s) field.
Do not leave any spaces before you start a word or after you finished one when entering your details (as the system is very accurate).
Add your memorable question and answer and select a memorable date.
To complete registration you will need to agree to our Terms and Conditions. Click Finish to complete the registration.
If you have entered all your details correct your registration will be automatic.
